Certified Practitioner Disclaimer

The Completion Process® framework is a Teal Eye LLC–developed methodology. Teal Eye LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to its methodologies, trademarks, and associated materials.

No third party may use Teal Eye LLC branding, trademarks, or represent themselves as affiliated with Teal Eye LLC except as expressly authorised.

Certification is awarded to individuals who have attended, completed, and met the requirements of the Completion Process® training program. Individuals who meet these requirements may refer to themselves as “Certified Practitioners.”

Certification signifies completion of a training program only. It does not:

• create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship;
• authorise any practitioner to act on behalf of Teal Eye LLC; or
• constitute endorsement, supervision, or ongoing accreditation of any practitioner’s services.

Certification does not grant ownership of any intellectual property. Any use of Teal Eye LLC methodologies, including the Completion Process®, is permitted solely under a limited, non-exclusive, revocable agreement, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

All Certified Practitioners are independent third parties and are solely responsible for:

• the services they provide;
• all representations made to clients;
• compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction;
• maintaining appropriate professional qualifications and insurance (where applicable); and
• all outcomes arising from their work.

Teal Eye LLC does not control, direct, supervise, or monitor practitioner activities and does not provide clinical, medical, or therapeutic oversight[cite: 18]. Teal Eye LLC does not verify ongoing competence, qualifications, insurance coverage, or regulatory compliance, and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any practitioner or their services[cite: 19]. Inclusion of any practitioner in the Teal Eye LLC directory is for informational purposes only and reflects only that the individual has completed the Completion Process® training program[cite: 20]. It does not constitute a referral, recommendation, or endorsement[cite: 21].

Teal Eye LLC is not responsible or liable for the conduct, actions, omissions, advice, or services of any Certified Practitioner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teal Eye LLC disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, claim, or injury (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with:

• any act or omission of a Certified Practitioner;
• any reliance on information or services provided by a practitioner; or
• any interaction or dispute between a user and a practitioner.

Engagement with any Certified Practitioner is solely at the client’s own risk.

Services provided by Certified Practitioners are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric services, and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

Nothing in this disclaimer creates any obligation on Teal Eye LLC to enforce any rights against practitioners.
