Hi, I’m Stefanie!

I’m a certified Completion Process Practitioner, Holistic Psychotherapy Practitioner (licensed in Germany as a Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy), and creative soul from Germany.

In my work, I combine The Completion Process and Parts Work with therapeutic tools I’ve learned through professional training in Schema Therapy and Holistic Trauma Therapy. My sessions are highly intuitive -shaped by what you uniquely need. That might be belief work, emotional processing, or somatic integration.

What matters most to me is meeting you in your individual essence. Your healing journey is your own. I bring deep training and experience - and also the humility to follow what’s alive in the moment. Everyone I work with teaches me something new. I stay open, guided by what serves you best.

HOW I GOT HERE:

I am an artist at heart, but I was born into a family and society that valued intellect and achievement more than creative expression and feminine flow. From the very beginning of my life, I felt trapped — some wounds in my childhood came from the people who were supposed to keep me safe. It took me years to unravel the confusion of love and harm, and to reclaim my voice and body as my own. For a long time, I felt irreparably broken. But through Teal Swan’s work, I realized that the cracks are not my end — they are where the gold hides.

My life became a continuous journey of reclamation:
Reclaiming myself as woman.
As artist.
As healer.
As the unique soul I came here to be.
For years, dance and art were my medicine. But when my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I felt a deeper calling — to help others return to their power and aliveness.

In 2019, I became a certified Completion Process Practitioner. Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of clients through deep integration work while continuing my own. In 2023, I completed my psychotherapy licensing in Germany to deepen my skillset and hold even safer space.
This work is my art. And I am committed to mastering it.

My sessions are usually 90 minutes. Occasionally we may extend, but if you require high time flexibility, I may not be the right fit.
