My name is Stefanie, I am a claircognizant, clairsentient dancing being based in Germany, currently living in Berlin.
I know how antagonistic life can feel like. I was born into a family and also a culture that made everything about me wrong. Experiencing years of emotional and sexual abuse and being scapegoated, I struggled with depression, anxiety, several eating disorders, severe dissociation and shame. For a long time I felt irretrievably damaged and lost, like a broken mirror no one would ever want to look at anymore. With the Completion Process, Teal Swan gave me the tool to rewrite the narrative of my life and let me understand this:
When something breaks into enough fragments , we think it is shattered forever, unable to fulfill the purpose it was intended to fulfill at first. You become the artist that reclaims these shattered parts of you, putting them back together in an exalted way to create a mesmerizing mosaic.
