About Me:
Hi, I'm Liana. I am very passionate about and dedicated to creating safe, healthy, and comfortable containers for my clients to feel, explore, and express their deepest pain and what’s kept deep in shadow. In my sessions I embody a combination of strong empathic connection and the ability to provide attuned reflections of the psychological mechanisms, patterns, and adaptations that present themselves. I use parts work, my education in developmental and relational trauma, and The Completion Process to help those I work with feel the relief they deserve and need. Parts work and Completion Process sessions with me are untimed - they go as long as needed to reach a feeling of completion (typically this is between 1-3 hours).
With a background in Chinese Medicine, energy healing, and psycho-spiritual coaching, I have been studying and working as a licensed practitioner in the field of energetic, emotional, and spiritual health for 10 years, with emotional trauma and relational dynamics being my primary focus. I have personally been working very seriously on my own path of healing for many years, and I have worked in self-study and with various practitioners through a lot of my own harrowing childhood abuse and trauma. I know healing and creating positive change takes time, but I also know the steps to get from “here” to “there.” I truly believe that rescuing the distressed and fragmented aspects of ourselves from the unresolved emotional processes within our memories is key in experiencing a life of self love, fulfilling relationships, and personal/collective purpose.
I am available for in-person and Zoom sessions.
