About Me:
Hello there, seeker!
I am an extra-intuitive energy healer who provides strong containment throughout even the most extreme of experiences.
After leaving college where I was studying physics, I moved into a Soto Zen Buddhist monastery where I learned to sustainably farm the land and tend to spirit and community. I lived in the monastery for two years and took the lay precepts. The Buddhist name that my teacher gave to me translates in English to “Bamboo Heart, Bright Wisdom.”
I have travelled extensively, connecting with various plant medicines and healing modalities, and I provide psychedelic support to those who need it.
It is my greatest honor to facilitate these most intimate and impactful experiences of a persons life. The Completion Process has the potential to go deeper than any plant medicine, and it is my soul’s calling to guide people through this most sacred of alchemies.
I am very grateful for the suffering that I have experienced, which enables me to be a better facilitator for clients’ healing process, and completely hold any experience that comes, no matter its nature.
I lived in Alaska for close to five years, and worked with young children in the Montessori environment. I hope to work more deeply in ‘family systems healing’ and help this core trauma healing work proliferate into as many walks of life as possible.
I work with Human Design and Gene Keys, and weave this into my work with returning clients.

I have a joint interest in nutrition and the microbiome, and everything else that feeds into a healthy and connective life. It is a woven tapestry of inner and outer work to become our most integrated selves.
