My description of the completion process:
The Completion Process is powerful shadow work and soul integration technique in which you use a trigger, emotion, or situation to go back to the core root of an issue. Usually, the root is in childhood where the pattern started. You then process the feelings and create resolution. CP creates huge measurable change and healing. So much so, I like to prepare people ahead of time to be ready to adjust their life in the weeks following each session.

PARTS WORK
I am good at becoming allies with your protector parts. They have been keeping you alive and safe so I want to understand them and have their help in the process instead of fighting them. Also, I am good at helping different aspects find win-wins as well as creating gentleness with vulnerable parts.

I am spiritual but I also am very scientifically minded and have a grounded approach to worldview. I prefer to focus on making everything applicable in everyday life.

Sexuality
Another part of my journey has been healing from a lifetime of sexual shame from religion, family, & society; it's funny because my birth chart reads like a modern tantra guru (the irony). I’m now sex-positive and have a level of freedom and comfort with my body that would have been unfathomable to me 20 years ago.

HEALTH
I have struggled with many food allergies (wheat/dairy), painful inflammatory issues, and injuries. I love working with Illnesses and letting them guide us to the root of healing.

Bio
I had a traumatic birth and spent the first part of my life in an incubator. I started my life in unbearable loneliness so I have always been on a healing journey of human connection. Also, due to various life-threatening illnesses, endured by myself and my loved ones, I have spent much of my life in western medicine. Seeing its limitations and corruption has given me a passion for alternative methods of healing.

My background is in allopathic (western) medical science & the arts, with a national certification in Respiratory Therapy, I was on a path to becoming a perfusionist or a surgeon.

Yet, after experiencing the western medical system firsthand, I found that there was more to the picture than just drugs having opposite effects to symptoms and that the current approach to chronic dis-ease is insufficient.
I have since furthered my holistic studies through multiple wise mentors of multiple healing modalities such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Native American medicine, Chiropractic, Rolfing, Permaculture Design (biodynamic agriculture), Qigong, sound healing (gongs, crystal sound bowls, bio-field tuning forks).

I am a holistic practitioner certified by the C.H.E.K Institute.
The C.H.E.K approach offers a uniquely integrated and holistic approach to health, fitness & well-being. The human body is an integrated system of systems - what happens in the digestive system can impact the musculoskeletal system, for example.

Focusing on the emotional root is the key to unlocking people's power. I love how the completion process gets to the root of the issue & heals the trauma that caused the vibrational pattern and therefore creates rapid permanent change. Once the emotional root is healed, people can naturally go in the direction of a healthier lifestyle. It's the difference between working against resistance and releasing it.
