Due to my isolation trauma caused by 2 months of being in an incubator after premature birth, I had to learn how to find ways to connect and bridge myself to people. I always felt isolated and not seen, even if I reached out for help.
I felt not good enough in nearly all aspects of my life.

I felt separated, lonely and unwanted. My own way of healing became the foundation of my work – holding space for Emotional Healing Processes and to get my fragmented aspects back together again.

Thinking through complexity, connecting, bridging and transporting values have always been at the foundation of my work, while I have developed into my profession as a coach and trainer. I feel pure joy and excitement by holding space to create new powerful decisions and new individual approaches for peoples most important life questions.
Embracing your own shadows, your own defence mechanisms are an important step into the inner space of having free choice again.
I am connected consciously to my underworld and I love to guide people into their underworlds where the beauty of life is waiting and can emerge into a powerful resource of life once integrated and consciously embodied.

I am a communication- & relationship coach and a certified Completion Process Facilitator since May 2016 and Possibility Management Trainer since 2014.

During my Completion Tour 2017 I brought the completion process and coaching to more than 40 peoples in Europe.

Since 2011 I live in Schloss Glarisegg, an intentional community with 35 adults and 15 kids. We are practising communication and relationship skills in our daily life. It feels like getting new clothes on for years but first I had to get nacked before.

The reason why I decided to start helping people is actually that I started to feel again. This was the turning point in my life. From then on I could navigate myself into the direction of what I really wanted.

Regaining the ability to feel is key to regaining your power of creation. This connected me to Teals work the most. Feelings are one of the most powerful resources we have. I came across this understanding in 2012 and it blew me away. ...I started to feel again!! Until then I was mainly numbing my self by coping with several techniques and strategies like working, partying, alcohol, food and drugs.
