About Me:
I’m an open-minded medical doctor specialized in the holistic treatment of psychological trauma. I work as a therapist full time and have 25 years of experience. In addition, I´m clarsentient and claircognizant.

Together with the Completion Process, I teach my patients tools to connect with and release their emotions, to meditate and to generate moments of presence during the day in a very simple way. All this helps expand your consciousness and accelerate your healing between sessions.

------ HOW DOES A SESSION WORK and HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? --------

In the session, I will tune into your current life situation and guide you on what will best serve you. This will include: the Completion Process, Somatic based trauma therapy, Meditation (with the possibility to practice during the session to experience how it works and be able to make questions) + Mindfulness Training, Emotional Health coaching and release exercises (openness to feel emotions crying or for example punching some pillows is needed), Counseling, Couple’s therapy and mediation, Bioenergetics, Progressive muscle relaxation, Hypnosis therapy, inner child work, fragmented parts integration, shadow work, mirror work, connection process, psychosomatic evaluation, the relation between physical illness and emotional problems. The use of each tool depends on what your need is in each moment.

The price for the first session is 190 €, and the following sessions are 250 € each. Each session can last for as long as it is needed. On average they last 2 hours, it can be shorter if you are fast to connect with yourself, it can also take longer. This is because the session only ends when the patient has reached a level of completion. This is a big difference between a psychotherapy session with a Completion Process session, as it is important for me that you leave in a state of well-being.

Another difference is that normally analytical psychotherapy needs years to achieve perceivable results, while with this process you can feel the results since the first session. One session could be equivalent to a month or even several months of regular therapy. It is deep, clarifying and it acts on several levels.

I will usually do a short follow-up per email for free to see how you are feeling and how is it going with the homework.

Also after the session exists the possibility to have a monthly package of regular sessions, having me follow up with you on a regular basis, being your accountability partner, available per email/facebook for times when you are triggered and other ways to support you in a personalized way.
Sessions can be in person or through videoconference, through Zoom or Doxy.me, in case we are in different cities, and both work wonderfully.
The payment is privately, before the first session and in the following ones right after the session or the next day. It can be done through cash, PayPal, bank transfer, Cryptocurrency, or credit card (through PayPal) if necessary.
