When we are wounded as children, that impulse to reach out is often one of the FIRST things that we get shamed for, so your impulse to reach out now is a sign of immense courage. We are an interdependent species and we can't do it alone.

As a way of coping with my own childhood trauma and to feel a sense of belonging, I developed a keen intuitive sense of seeing into people and understanding their pain and needs. I began my journey as a professional dancer and actor where I cultivated a passion for connecting to emotions and physical expression. Since then I have certified as a Holistic Personal Trainer and Intuitive Integration Guide. When I discovered Teal Swan’s Completion Process, I found it to be one of the most powerful techniques around and felt inspired to certify in this process. After facing my own shadow aspects and pain, I felt called to share with others what has helped me. I also utilize therapeutic modalities such as Core Energetics and Parts Work to help people get more in touch with themselves through their bodies and fragmented self-aspects. Through this work, I have watched my clients transform their lives and awaken their creative, powerful essence through unconditional loving presence.
